Questions you may have
Do I need to install anything?
No. uleso runs in the browser on computers, tablets and phones. You can start as soon as you create an account.
How do I add my own products?
Upload images or a mixed folder in bulk and let AI sort them by type. You can also add products with Excel, one by one, from ready-made models (basin, toilet, cabinet…) or with a 3D file you already have (.glb).
Where do my images and customer data go?
In bulk upload, images are analysed on your own computer. For uleso Render only the image of the bathroom is sent to the service; no customer name or phone number.
What is uleso Render and how long does it take?
AI that turns the 3D view in the software into a photo-like image. It takes about 20 seconds. Your plan includes a number of renders each month.
How do I send it to my customer?
As a PDF quote, a personal link or directly on WhatsApp. When the customer taps the link they can rotate their bathroom in 3D on their phone; they cannot change the design.
How does the free trial work?
7 days, no credit card. Professional features are included: 3 users, 50 products, 5 uleso Renders. If you do not choose a plan when it ends, the account simply pauses.
What is the difference between the 12-month plan and no commitment?
With the 12-month plan you pay a lower monthly price for 12 months. Without commitment you can cancel any month.
Which languages can I use?
Turkish, German, English, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, Russian and Arabic. Quotes and emails are in your account's language too.
When is the bathroom from a sketch coming?
We are working on it. When it is ready it will appear in the software automatically; nothing to install.

Do prices include VAT?
